Refund & Cancellation Policy
How subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. One-time payments
NeuroTrader paid plans are sold as one-time payments for a fixed period (monthly or yearly). They do not auto-renew. When the period ends, your account simply reverts to the free plan — there is nothing to cancel and no further charge.
2. Immediate access and waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right
NeuroTrader delivers digital content and services that you can access instantly after payment. At checkout you expressly request that we begin providing the paid service immediately, and you acknowledge and agree that, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once you start using the paid features.
This means: as soon as your paid plan is activated and you access any paid feature, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period no longer applies and the purchase is final.
A refund may only be considered if you paid but did not access or use any paid feature, and you request it promptly. Simply having access for a period of time — whether or not you actively traded or relied on the data — counts as use of the service.
3. Card payments (Stripe)
For card payments, eligible refunds are issued back to the original card via Stripe. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
4. Cryptocurrency payments
Cryptocurrency payments (via NOWPayments) are, by nature, difficult or impossible to reverse. Where we approve a refund for a crypto payment, it will be sent in stablecoin to a wallet address you provide, for the USD-equivalent amount at the time of refund. Network fees may be deducted.
5. When refunds may not be granted
We may decline a refund where: the paid period has largely been used; the request is made well beyond the applicable withdrawal window; or there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. We do not refund based on dissatisfaction with market outcomes, since the Service provides information only and not financial advice.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund or ask about your subscription, contact us via the Contact page with your account email and the order details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
