Terms of Service 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NeuroTrader website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

NeuroTrader is an informational and analytical platform. It aggregates publicly available market data and presents processed analysis, indicators, and AI-generated insights for informational and educational purposes only.

The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, does not manage funds, and does not execute trades on your behalf. See our Disclaimer for full details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you connect a third-party exchange, you agree to use read-only API keys only. You are responsible for the security of any keys you provide.

Paid plans are billed as one-time payments for the selected period (monthly or yearly) and do not automatically renew. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, after which it reverts to the free plan unless you purchase a new period.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe for card payments and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency). We do not store your full card details. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to gain unauthorized access; scraping or reselling data; reverse-engineering the platform; using it for unlawful purposes; or interfering with its operation or security.

All content, software, indicators, branding, and materials on the Service are owned by NeuroTrader or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or analysis is accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroTrader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union law. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
