V3 ports a classic Pine Script strategy: it looks for divergence between price and momentum (price makes a new high, the oscillator does not — the move is running out of fuel), then requires a MACD histogram flip and a Stochastic RSI crossover as timing confirmation. Divergence gives the idea, the two crossovers give the entry. Because divergence can persist far longer than expected, take the signal only when all three conditions land together, and let the divergence level be your invalidation.

What is Trading Bot V3?

Trading Bot V3 is the third-generation AI signal engine on NeuroTrader, built directly from Pine Script indicator logic. It detects divergences between price and RSI, identifies MACD histogram reversals, and uses Stochastic RSI crossovers in oversold/overbought zones to generate high-precision signals.

How is V3 different from V1 and V2?

V3 introduces three key innovations absent in V1/V2: divergence detection (bullish/bearish price vs RSI divergence), MACD histogram turn analysis (reversal signals from histogram momentum), and a 4-factor confluence score. Unlike V2's strict EMA200 directional filter, V3 allows both buy and sell signals regardless of EMA200 position, making it effective in ranging markets too.
